When I was at Carter’s Beach, it felt like I was in a different (tropical) place.
The sand was incredibly fine, and super silky feeling on your feet.
We both love soccer, so we kicked the ball around for a while in the afternoon sun.
The water was very cold, as it was late September, but I still managed to dunk my whole body in. (If my partner was with me I may have stayed in longer, but he was napping at the time. Oh well!)
I would love to go back and stay a little longer so we could explore more of the area, as there are actually three beaches to explore and dunks in the ocean to be had!
